Almir Scents stands by the quality of our fragrances. However, due to hygiene and the nature of cosmetic products, we have established the following guidelines:

Eligibility for Returns: We only accept returns for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original plastic-wrapped packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Opened Bottles: Once a perfume has been unboxed or sprayed, it is no longer eligible for a return or refund due to health and safety regulations.

Damaged or Leaking Items: If your bottle arrives broken or leaking, please email us at hassanantax@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:

Photos of the damaged bottle and the shipping box.

Non-Refundable: Sample sets, discovery vials, and sale items are "Final Sale" and cannot be returned.

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
